Kevin Lindheim - MAI
A native of New Orleans, Kevin has been signing the front of payroll checks in Naples, Fl since 1988. He began his real estate career as a commercial real estate appraiser, designated MAI. Kevin graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting (University of Louisiana) with post-graduate studies in Real Estate from Tulane University. As a natural progression, Kevin branched out into Commercial & Industrial Real Estate brokerage; insurance; and comprehensive commercial construction draw inspections. Kevin has continuously owned and operated Florida Valuation & Consultants, Inc. in Naples since 1992 as well as other diversified businesses including Southern State Gas (TECO); and Gumbo Limbo Development (Florida State Certified General Contracting – Construction Management ). Kevin, a Realtor (National Association of Realtors) will be the principal real estate broker of Integrated Realty Associates laser focused on Industrial Sales; Leasing; and Property Management.
Denise Lindheim - ED.D
Earned her Doctorate of Organizational Leadership and Management, Masters of Education in Management and Supervision from Nova Southeastern University. Her professionalism encompasses 36-years of educating, leading, managing and serving thousands of students, parents, teachers, support staff, administrative staff, clients and community members within beautiful Southwest Florida. Denise also maintains her State of Florida Educator Certification Licenses and invaluable connections/network. She is a Realtor with Florida Valuations and Consultants, Inc. Denise’s depth and knowledge of organizational & financial management, and of the communities of Southwest Florida, is a powerful and welcome addition to the Integrated Realty Associates, LLC Team.
Abigail Byrd - Sales Associate
Born and raised in Naples, Florida, Abby brings a deep-rooted understanding of the Southwest Florida community to her real estate career. She is currently pursuing a degree in Finance at the University of Florida, where she is also an active member of the Real Estate Society. Abby’s strong academic foundation, paired with her passion for real estate, fuels her commitment to providing clients with thoughtful, reliable service. As a proud member of the Integrated Realty Associates team, Abby is focused on delivering a high standard of professionalism while continuing to grow her knowledge and experience in the industry.
Alex Sulpizi - CTO - Sales & Leasing
Technology executive and passionate entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience building and managing successful organizations. Founded amnet technology solutions in 1995 and Cloudpath in 2019 on a pursuit to apply his entrepreneurial vision to build an innovative company that attracts the most talented, forward-thinking professionals to create unparalleled customer-centric solutions. Led both companies to a strategic, private equity backed merger/acquisition completed in 2024. Acquired first real estate investment property in 1992. Since then, has developed & managed many asset classes including data centers and other specialized industrial properties. Alex holds a Master Electrical license in both CT and FL. Alex’s proven track record of structuring “creative” real estate deals combined with his technology experience brings a competitive differentiator to Integrated Realty Associates.
