A native of New Orleans, Kevin has been signing the front of payroll checks in Naples, Fl since 1988. He began his real estate career as a commercial real estate appraiser, designated MAI. Kevin graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting (University of Louisiana) with post-graduate studies in Real Estate from Tulane University. As a natural progression, Kevin branched out into Commercial & Industrial Real Estate brokerage; insurance; and comprehensive commercial construction draw inspections. Kevin has continuously owned and operated Florida Valuation & Consultants, Inc. in Naples since 1992 as well as other diversified businesses including Southern State Gas (TECO); and Gumbo Limbo Development (Florida State Certified General Contracting – Construction Management ). Kevin, a Realtor (National Association of Realtors) will be the principal real estate broker of Integrated Realty Associates laser focused on Industrial Sales; Leasing; and Property Management.
